We at A and D Mobile Automotive Repair provide vehicle owners with affordable engine tune-ups.
What is a tune-up?
A tune up is essentially periodic preventative maintenance. What’s actually involved in a tune up has changed drastically over the course of automotive history yet the term has remained the same. Replacing spark plugs, checking oil filters, checking fluid levels, and other adjustments in order to maintain or restore a like-new engine performance is basically what’s involved in a vehicle tune-up.
When should I get a tune-up?
Refer to your factory scheduled maintenance guide, vehicle maker, or mechanic to know when you should get a tune-up for preventative maintenance. If you haven’t had one in a while (or never had one), it’s likely you’re due. If you’ve experienced drive-ability problems such as getting less fuel mileage that you used to, engine knocking, hesitating or stalling, less thrust or power than it used to have, your vehicle being hard to start, or you’ve received a failed emissions test, it’s likely you need a tune-up and general inspection immediately.
